Since May, 11 leading Chinese PV enterprises, including LONGi Green Energy Technology, JA Solar Technology {{PV}}, Tongwei Co., Ltd., Chint New Energy, AIKO Solar, Hoshine Silicon Industry, GCL SI, Gokin Solar, and Seraphim {{PV company}}, have signed a series of overseas PV projects. According to incomplete statistics from Polaris Power Network, the orders cover countries and regions such as Australia, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Zambia, Peru, and the UAE.

Since May, 11 leading Chinese PV enterprises, including LONGi Green Energy Technology, JA Solar Technology, Tongwei Co., Ltd., Chint New Energy, AIKO Solar, Huasheng New Energy, GCL SI, Gokin Solar, and Seraphim, have signed a series of overseas PV projects.

According to incomplete statistics from Polaris Power Network, the orders cover countries and regions such as Australia, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Zambia, Peru, and the UAE.

During this wave of signing, LONGi Green Energy Technology secured orders for over 1 GW of Hi-MO 9 modules and completed the signing of a global large-scale BC cooperation agreement.

AIKO Solar achieved significant breakthroughs and progress with its ABC modules, not only winning the largest BC ground-mounted power plants in Europe and Africa but also reaching in-depth cooperation with enterprises such as CrossBoundary Energy, successfully signing a 1 GW centralized order with overseas customers.

In addition, JA Solar Technology secured a 250 MW order for high-efficiency PV modules in Australia. Chint New Energy signed three-year strategic framework agreements with Belectric and Aprilice, respectively, to supply ASTRO N series PV modules for ground-mounted power plant projects developed in Europe. Gokin Solar authorized Grodno S.A. as its first-tier dealer in Poland and set an annual cooperation target of 200 MW, achieving a key breakthrough in its localization strategy in Europe.

Details are as follows:

LONGi Green Energy Technology

LONGi Green Energy Technology joined hands with globally renowned energy group ENGIE and PowerChina, a leading global power construction enterprise, to sign a significant strategic cooperation agreement in Paris, France. According to the agreement, LONGi Green Energy Technology will provide over 1 GW of high-efficiency upgraded Hi-MO 9 modules in this cooperation and complete the signing of a global large-scale BC cooperation agreement. The achievement of this strategic cooperation will greatly promote the realization of renewable energy goals in the Middle East, Africa, and other regions and accelerate the clean transformation of the local energy structure.

During the same period, LONGi Green Energy Technology announced a strategic agreement with an important partner in Europe to jointly promote the implementation of nearly 100 MW of PV projects in Central America.

In the Southern European market,LONGi Green Energy Technology signed a series of strategic cooperation agreements in Southern Europe, which will supply a cumulative total of over 580 MW of high-efficiency Hi-MO 9 modules for multiple large-scale ground-mounted power plant projects in Southern Europe. Zhang Sheng, President of LONGi Green Energy Technology's Centralized European Region, stated, "The renewable energy market in Southern Europe has enormous potential, and we are honored to participate in this transformation process in the region. LONGi Green Energy Technology will set new benchmarks for power generation efficiency and full-life-cycle reliability locally through more valuable high-efficiency BC technology and product solutions, making more sustainable solar energy the core driver of Europe's energy transition."

Additionally, LONGi Green Energy Technology entered into a collaboration with Yinson Renewables. According to the collaboration, LONGi will supply 53.2 MW of high-efficiency Hi-MO 9 modules for Yinson Renewables' flagship ground-mounted project in Peru. This project is Yinson Renewables' first ground-mounted power plant project in Peru and is scheduled to commence construction in May this year. It holds pioneering and demonstrative significance in the application of high-efficiency PV technology in the Latin American region.

JA Solar Technology

In May, JA Solar Technology signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with NSEG and YES Group, two well-known clean energy enterprises in Australia, agreeing to supply a total of 250 MW of high-efficiency PV modules to the Australian market in 2025.

It is reported that NSEG is a leading rooftop PV installer in Australia, having installed over 60,000 PV systems for residential, commercial, and government institutions, and distributing PV and energy-saving products to dozens of companies in Australia. YES Group is a well-known vertically integrated PV development enterprise in Australia, providing diversified services to local customers over the long term, while also possessing the capability to offer "turnkey" solutions.

AIKO Solar

Moreover, in the African market, AIKO Solar signed a contract with CrossBoundary Energy to supply 225 MW of Stellar Series ABC modules for the Kamoa project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Tongwei Co., Ltd.

In May, Tongwei officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 2025 with BayWa r.e. Solar Trade Holding GmbH, a European energy service provider. The two parties will make in-depth arrangements in the European market, focusing on project development, system integration, and operation and maintenance support for TNC 2.0 full-scenario products, to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages.

During the same period, Tongwei signed a project supply agreement for the Eastern European region with INFO-Telecom. Arben, General Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Development Projects at INFO-Telecom, and Xue Qingsong, Deputy General Manager of Tongwei, witnessed the signing. Ramush, Technical Director of INFO-Telecom, and Ji Weihua, Head of the Eastern European and American Regions for Module Marketing in the PV Business Department of Tongwei Co., Ltd., represented the two parties in signing the agreement.

GCL SI

In May, GCL SI completed project cooperation agreements with Galp, a Portuguese solar energy producer, and Unigea, a large-scale German PV project development enterprise. This collaboration not only solidifies the leading positions of both parties in the global energy transition but also injects new momentum into GCL SI's expansion in the international market and enhancement of its brand competitiveness.

Philipp, Vice President of the Global Marketing Center and representative of GCL SI for the signing, stated, "This collaboration is an important step in GCL SI's global strategic layout. As a leading global provider of energy system solutions, GCL SI possesses profound technological accumulation and rich market experience in PV technology R&D, product manufacturing, and system solutions. GCL SI not only exports leading technologies and high-quality products to the global market but also provides professional and customized solutions based on local market demands."

Chint New Energy

In May, Chint New Energy successfully held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Belectric, a globally renowned renewable energy enterprise, marking a new phase in their cooperation in the European market.

According to the agreement, Chint New Energy will establish a three-year strategic partnership with Belectric, providing ASTRO N series PV modules for ground-mounted power plant projects developed by Belectric in Europe. The cooperation will cover multiple projects developed by Belectric in Europe, which are scheduled to be delivered sequentially from 2025 to 2026.

In addition, Wei Zhang, Chief Marketing Officer of Chint New Energy, jointly signed a three-year strategic framework agreement with Jingwei Cheng, CEO of Aprilice (a subsidiary of the Sonepar Group), a leading PV distributor in Northern Europe, and Yang Yang, its co-founder.

As the largest PV distributor in Northern Europe, Aprilice boasts strong channel advantages in markets such as Sweden. This collaboration signifies that Chint New Energy's PV solutions are entering the Northern European market on a large scale.

By successfully delivering multiple landmark power plant projects, including the 100MW Jeziorko project in Poland, the 110MW Terasol project in Bulgaria, and the 154.4MW Döllen project in Brandenburg, Germany, Chint New Energy has established an outstanding brand reputation and product competitiveness.

TCL Solar

TCL Solar officially signed a strategic distribution agreement with Power & Sun Solar Equipments Trading LLC, a well-known new energy enterprise in the UAE. According to the agreement, TCL Solar will supply a total of 300MW of high-efficiency PV modules to the Middle East, Africa, and Eurasia regions, and authorize Powernsun as a regional partner to jointly explore overseas distributed markets.

In addition, TCL Solar also announced the formal establishment of a strategic partnership with GridAfrica. Both parties will bring innovative distributed energy solutions to Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Grid Africa is a distributed energy developer in the African region, specializing in providing power services to data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, and industrial and commercial property owners across the African continent. According to the agreement, GridAfrica plans to deploy approximately 100MW of PV projects within 15 months, precisely alleviating the peak electricity demand pressure from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. locally.

Currently, the overall project has been officially signed, and the first power plant is expected to achieve commercial operation within five months. TCL Solar will fully complete the delivery of 100MW by July 2026.

Hoshine Silicon Industry

Hoshine Silicon Industry has reached an exclusive strategic cooperation agreement with Next2Sun, a pioneer in PV innovation in Germany, for the European region.

Both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in technology, products, and markets to jointly promote the application and expansion of Kunlun series horizontal PV modules in various global scenarios, providing higher-quality and more efficient solutions for the development of global green energy, and jointly writing a new chapter in the development of the PV industry.

Seraphim

In May, Seraphim officially signed a 250MW PV product framework agreement with Barzaei Halwan, an Iraqi energy company, and plans to achieve a first-phase procurement target of at least 50MW by 2025, helping Iraq accelerate the construction of renewable energy infrastructure.

Barzaei Halwan is a professional renewable energy company in Iraq. According to the agreement, Seraphim will leverage its channel resources and marketing advantages to provide Barzaei Halwan with a supply of 250MW of solar products and related services. Both parties will fully utilize their respective strengths to strengthen cooperation in the Middle Eastern market, thereby further enhancing their market influence in the region.

In addition, Seraphim, Xiangyu Seraphim (a joint venture in Singapore), CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, and ESSO, a well-known energy service provider in Turkey, jointly signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement for the EMEA region.

According to the agreement, Seraphim and CRRC Zhuzhou Institute will fully leverage their respective strengths in PV sales channels, ESS technology, and the new energy sector. Combining ESSO's marketing and service experience in the local market, they will jointly develop "PV+ESS" solutions tailored to local climate conditions and power grid characteristics, covering multiple scenarios such as industrial and commercial applications and large-scale power plants.

Gokin Solar

Gokin Solar signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Grodno S.A., a well-known energy enterprise in Poland, officially authorizing it as the company's first-tier dealer in Poland and setting an annual cooperation target of 200MW. This also marks a key breakthrough in Gokin Solar's localization strategy in Europe.

Hanu Energy

On May 14, Hanu Energy and PV CONSULT LTD, a Bulgarian energy enterprise, signed an annual supply framework agreement with a total capacity of 250MW on site.

PV CONSULT is a leading PV enterprise in Bulgaria with operations across Europe. According to the agreement, PV CONSULT will leverage its emerging market network in Uzbekistan to promote the development of PV projects with a total capacity of 250MW, all using Hanu Energy's high-efficiency HITOUCH N-series modules.

In addition, Hanu Energy has reached strategic cooperation agreements with four European partners. In the module sector, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SOLMAN, a Lithuanian energy enterprise, to jointly promote the development of PV projects and the supply of high-efficiency modules in the Baltic region. In the ESS sector, Hanu Energy has entered into multiple strategic cooperation agreements with leading European energy enterprises in the industry. Together with TECHNOENERGOSTROY in Bulgaria and ELCO in Romania, it has deployed industrial and commercial ESS systems with a total capacity exceeding 30MWh in multiple regions of the two countries, precisely addressing the needs for peak-to-valley electricity price optimization and low-carbon transformation in Eastern Europe.

Meanwhile, Hanu Energy has signed a strategic distribution agreement with LUCIDUS, a well-known company in Latvia, to accelerate the application and implementation of PV+ESS integration solutions in the regional market. Relying on continuous technological innovation and localized delivery capabilities, HighHope Energy has not only gained widespread recognition in the module sector, but has also steadily advanced in the ESS business, successfully achieving product shipment and grid connection for multiple European projects.
